The Monthly Builder Pass gives individual members access to localhost for a full calendar month during active membership periods. Members receive access to localhost:howard during regular weekday workspace hours, plus access to scheduled localhost and Dimes activations throughout the month, including afternoon programming, evening events, talks, workshops, demos, office hours, founder gatherings, and special weekend activities when scheduled.

This is the core individual membership for builders who want consistent access to the workspace, the community, and the activation calendar without committing to a full annual membership.

The Team Builder Pass is a monthly membership for up to 5 team members. It gives small teams access to localhost:howard during active membership periods, including weekday workspace access, scheduled programming, afternoon and evening activations, demos, workshops, office hours, founder events, and special weekend activities when available.

This pass is designed for early-stage companies and small teams that need a flexible downtown base without taking on a traditional office lease.

The Founding Member pass is an annual individual membership for builders who want full access to the localhost and Dimes ecosystem across the active membership year. Founding Members receive access to 100% of localhost and Dimes member activations during active weeks, including workspace access, daytime programming, afternoon and evening events, weekend activities, demos, talks, workshops, office hours, founder gatherings, launch opportunities, and special member-only experiences.

Founding Members also receive a localhost / Dimes merchandise kit and recognition as part of the inaugural localhost member community.
