Dimes
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms apply to your use of Dimes websites, applications, accounts, venue access, bookings, memberships, events, guest passes, and other features that link to these Terms. By using Dimes, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Dimes provides builder-space discovery and access, workspace and meeting-room booking, event registration, membership and guest access, profiles, and related digital or onchain features. Features, venues, hours, capacity, and availability may change.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for telling us promptly if you believe it has been used without authorization.
4. Bookings and access
Bookings and access are subject to the details shown when you book or purchase, the applicable venue rules, and capacity and safety requirements. A booking or access entitlement does not override those rules or guarantee entry when entry must be denied for safety, capacity, fraud, or other valid operational reasons.
Cancellation, refund, expiration, and guest-use terms shown for a specific booking, membership, or pass apply to that transaction. If Pay as you go access is offered, the saved payment method may be charged when staff scans the guest in, as shown in the access flow.
5. Payments
You authorize Dimes and its payment processors to charge the amount shown before you confirm a purchase or paid access. Card payments may be processed by Stripe. Before signing an onchain transaction, review the wallet, network, asset, amount, and fees; blockchain transactions may be irreversible and network fees may apply.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Dimes to break the law, violate venue or event rules, impersonate another person, commit fraud, interfere with the service, access another account, abuse bookings or passes, or introduce malicious code.
7. Content
You keep rights to content you submit. You give Dimes the limited license needed to host, display, process, and otherwise use that content to operate and improve the service. Dimes and its licensors retain rights in the service, its software, and its branding.
8. Third-party services
Dimes may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, communications, venue operations, or blockchain networks. Their own terms and fees may apply, and Dimes is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimes provides the service as available and makes no promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Dimes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Suspension
Dimes may suspend or end access to the service or an account when reasonably needed to protect users, venues, the service, or comply with law, including when these Terms are violated.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new revision date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
